Rachlin Foundation Raises Haiti Earthquake Relief Funds by Hosting a "Special Jeans Day"

The most powerful earthquake to hit the Caribbean republic in about 120 years devastated Port-au-Prince on Tuesday causing serious loss of life and flattening the Haitian capital. On Wednesday, Haiti's Prime Minister said "well over" 100,000 people may have died in the quake.

Rachlin Foundation is having a Special Jeans Day event to help raise funds for Earthquake Relief. Donations contributed by all MarcumRachlin employees who participate will be matched 100% by Rachlin Foundation and sent to the American Red Cross Earthquake Relief Effort.

Rachlin Foundation Rises in the Ranks Among
South Florida’s Top Corporate Givers

The Rachlin Foundation has once again achieved a top ranking for its support of South Florida charities. The Foundation was ranked 13th among the region’s businesses or their associated foundations based on cash contributions paid to Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County-based charities in 2008. In 2007, the Rachlin Foundation ranked 15th among the region’s top corporate givers.
