New Ad Campaign Encourages South Florida Companies to Get Employees Involved in a Formal Giving Program

A new print ad campaign developed by the Rachlin Foundation in encouraging local companies to get their employees involved in a formal giving program—from donating money to volunteering time. Suzanne Leslie, executive director of the foundation and MarcumRachlin’s marketing director, developed the campaign based on her experiences with the MarcumRachlin employees.

In one year, their program raised more than $50,000 for four designated local charitable organizations. “We’re not talking about a company writing a check, we’re talking about employees choosing to give back because there was a simple way for them to do so,” Leslie said. “Just imagine the difference we could make in the region if every company developed its own formal program for giving back.” Launched in Go Riverwalk magazine in July, the campaign includes three ads and will expand to other publications.
